I've wasted a couple of hours on this nasty bug, & trying all the other suggestions across various threads again and again. Download iTunes 12.4.3 for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) This iTunes installer is only for Windows 7 and later on 64 bit systems that are unable to support iTunes video playback requirements on older and low end video cards.
